NL50 straight vs a reg on bad river

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $50.00
SB: $108.61
BB: $50.00 (Hero)
UTG: $51.12
MP: $50.00
CO: $44.05
Villain is a reg. 23/19 over 1k hands. BTN steal 51%, Cbet in non3bp F/T 92/53.
WTSD 23, WSD 67, WWSF 55, so he ran rly well in the sample and doesnt have bluffcatching tendencies.
V aggro preflop with 3bets/4bets.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with T J
3 folds, BN raises to $1.00, SB folds, Hero calls $0.50
PF I think is std
Flop ($2.25) Q 5 9
Hero checks, BN bets $1.61, Hero calls $1.61
I could xR, he folds to raises fair bit, but I figured that I dont have enough valuehands to be able to check raise this hand too, since I'd rather xR other draws, like 67ss, 78ss or KsJx.
Turn ($5.47) Q 5 9 8
Hero checks, BN bets $3.91, Hero raises to $11.75, BN calls $7.84
turn I think is fairly std.
River ($28.97) Q 5 9 8 3
Hero

We have 35.64$ behind and I have no idea if I can valuejam. Betting smaller is likely hard to balance. I'd still want max value with my flushes...I rly dont know.

thanks guys
