NL50: slowplay or raise turned nutflush?

UTG: $67.49
HJ: $47.08
CO: $185.50
BN: $50
SB: $54.61
BB: $88.78 (Hero)
V 23/5 over 40 hands
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 8
UTG folds, HJ raises to $1.50, CO folds, BN calls $1.50, SB folds, Hero calls $1
Flop ($4.75) T 2 4 (3 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $4.50, BN folds, Hero calls $4.50
Turn ($13.75) T 2 4 Q (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $9.50
He has $31.58 left. Generally I don't wanna rely one the avg NL50 player to to the betting for me so I mostly favor raising in spots like this. I might also get a call from sth like JJ or KcT. However he bet so big twice in a former 3way pot that he has to have a hand here. If I put in any raise it should be fairly obvious that I'm committed so I might as well shove.
So is it better to not raise here and expect him to bet the river often enough and/or get away from at least the weaker one pair hands like QJ maybe?
