Vs a reg 21/17, not much history, not enough hands for an accurate 3bet stat.

I would just fold the river. He can't really have a lot of bluffs because you block the Qh and I expect him to give up on his bluffs a lot on the turn because it pairs the board.
It is so crazy to me that people fold this hand ever. That just says such insane things about how terrible we think people who play poker are at playing poker. I guess maybe you are calling without the Qh here but like, if you are folding KQ on this river you are just folding 100% of your range on a dry board with a dry runout right? I think that you need to think your opponent is like, in the vicinity of hamster-level intelligence to argue that that is a good idea.
I think people are heavily unbalanced to value on these kinds of runouts. We are folding a lot but I don't think that we're getting exploited at 100nl. If we play GTO then this is a call ofcourse because we are at the top of our range except for some boats.
For sure but like, the amount that this is distant from proper play is hard to put in words. If our opponent has 3bet KJ and the flop comes K62r he's like, very very close to being meant to triple-barrel bluff us with it when we are playing like this.
