NL50 set in 3b pot turned bluffcatcher

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $52.76 (Hero)
SB: $37.57
BB: $50.00
UTG: $50.00
MP: $78.89
CO: $54.33
villain is one of the best regs I managed to identify. 23/20/4 over 1600 hands. 3b vs button 10%, 3b on the bb 7%.

cbet in 3b+ pots f/t/r: 81/42/100. Seen him 3b AJo, 99 and A4s (beside std valuehands). wtsd 25%, wwsf 50%, wsd 66%, so he is running hot in the sample.
He is capable of floating GS+bdfd IP and raising my second barrel once ott once bdfd+scare card turns. He whiffed and gave up otr.
He is also capable of slowplaying a strong hand.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with J J
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.00, SB folds, BB raises to $4.00, Hero calls $3.00
Flop ($8.25) 5 Q J
BB bets $4.50, Hero calls $4.50
Turn ($17.25) 5 Q J K
BB checks, Hero bets $10.00, BB calls $10.00
His range should be smth like AK, AA, maybe KT, KQ???, maybe AQ?, or at least AQdd?. Im not sure if he ever does this with QQ/KKm but its possible. It probably depends on how Ive been running in this sample versus him, its entirely possible that Im overfloating in 3b pots.

My range includes AT, T9s, JJ, 55, KQ, KJ I think.
River ($37.25) 5 Q J K A
BB bets $31.50 and is all in, Hero calls $31.50
I just feel like with AK he can disregard enough of my Tx combos to make turning that hand/possibly KQ/AQdd into a bluff, especially if he thinks that Im folding T9s pf or raising it otf.

On the other hand, I was also a bit scared that he is capable of valueshoving AA here, since Im definitely prone to bluffcatching too much and it might show in his hud.

Do I need to call this?

thanks
