NL50 river bluff

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) UTG: $102.51
MP: $69.15
CO: $59.68
BN: $50.00
SB: $68.21 (Hero)
BB: $50.00
188 hands on villain 23/14 cbet stats 86/67/100 CO Vpip 24 pfr 21
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is SB with 6 6
2 folds, CO raises to $1.50, BN folds, Hero calls $1.25, BB folds
Flop ($3.50) 8 3 2
Hero checks, CO checks
Given the high cbet I think we can rule out FD type hands on the flop.
Turn ($3.50) 8 3 2 T
Hero checks, CO bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50
Call here expecting to be good a lot versus BW + 1 club type hands
River ($8.50) 8 3 2 T Q
Hero checks, CO bets $5.50, Hero raises to $14.00, CO

I feel like his range is capped with the flop check back. All FDs, sets and overpairs should be cbetting this flop for protection/value. As such on the river he can have at best QT, possibly J9 but I think his value range is heavily weighted towards marginal value hands AT, QJ, KQ, Q9, AQ.
This is a pretty good card for him to barrel with a lot of his A, K high type hands too so he should turn up with a large amount of air. AJ, KJ, AK etc.
For us I think we are the reverse in that we can have all the flopped sets, flushes, as well as J9o.
I think in terms of hands to bluff with this is as good as any as we don't block any of his bluffs or marginal value hands.
Thoughts?
