NL50, oesd vs aggro semireg

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $50.50
SB: $135.95
BB: $50.00
UTG: $96.95 (Hero)
MP: $153.24
CO: $59.97
villain is 26/18/3 over 200 hands. Has openlimped T9s before, but thats notecaddy note, I dont have details. Low 3b %, x/r flop 29% (2/7) and raise cbet 40% (4/10). AF f/t/r 2/7/3, turn cbet 100% (1/1), turn bet 67% (12/18).

Basically somewhat loose preflop, attacks cbets aggresivelly a lot and seems to be following up ott decent amount.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is UTG with 8 9
Hero raises to $1.50, MP folds, CO calls $1.50, BN folds, SB calls $1.25, BB folds
bottom of my opening utg range. I open 13% overall, which is on tighter side and I wanna be able to hit lower flops too. Since SCs barrel a bit better than PPs, I'd rather open a bit more SCs and fold 22-55.
Flop ($5.00) Q 7 T
SB checks, Hero bets $3.50, CO raises to $8.50, SB folds, Hero calls $5.00
I thought about 3betting, but KJ/J9 are just too big part of his range and I dont think he is folding that.
Turn ($22.00) Q 7 T 7
Hero checks, CO bets $13.18, Hero folds
Would you guys consider x/jamming here? x/c and donkjamming non A/9/8/K rivers? Leading ourselves? I think that this is a great card for my range, but he might not realize that, since he is most likely not a reg. Or would you just 3b flop vs him?
Final Pot CO wins $21.01
Rake is $0.99

thanks

It's an interesting spot. If we bet/call flop and hit a Jack OTT, it's probably not gonna get a lot of action from villain(he may put you on AK). Also we don't have bdfd potential which limits our equity improvement OTT. So by check-calling vs this aggro player who often follows up OTT we probably have to play x/f a lot and don't get paidoff often enough when we hit our outs.
So I‘d think flop 3bet/fold may be better. He probably folds most of his straight draws and shoves KJ.

I dont like the C bet OTF because were betting againgst two players. The Board hits the Ranges of the People Really really hard and were just drawing to a J as a clean out. I think we could bet as a bluff other kombos with more Equity. I would c/f
Im also sure that he isnt too light in this spot beacuse of the SB.

Nh. Just because u have an peas doesn't mean u have to keep putting money in. It's really easy for him to be bluffing with a gutter that has u in bad shape

I think that this is a great card for my range

I don't think the 7 is that great for you, especially since 89s is the bottom of your range - you have very few 7x, maybe only A7s? It reduces your set combos (and villains which is good). All in all I think I would just x/f the turn, like Sauce said above just b/c you have peas (piece) (autocorrect? or is that new lingo, I am unaware of since I haven't been as active in the forums last couple months?) doesn't mean you have to always keep putting money in.

I have KK+ in my range, villain doesnt.

For him, this card reduces number of absolute valuecombos from 18 (QT, 77, TT, QQ) to 6 (TT, QQ). For me, this card heavily improves KK, AA and QT suddenly looks a lot better.

thanks for advice

OK, yeah, that is a fair point and makes sense. But I would still add the 1 combo of 77 in his range and I don't think villain has all the QTo in his range? Probably just QTs.....so my counter would be it reduces villains pure value combos from 11 to 7. Still a fairly big deal.
