CO is a loose-aggressive player over a small sample of 120 hands. His raise first in CO is 50% and his 4bet% is 13.

Do you like 3betting this hand pre or would you rather choose A2-5s? I dont like calling since we have a reg in BB. Since he is 4beting a lot (small sample I know) I would assume that his 4betting range not only consists of very strong hands and 89s should play well post vs his 4betting range? Can this combined with his small sizing justify my call pre OOP?

Hero checks,
CO bets $10,
Hero raises to $23,
CO folds
I dont like my flop play at all here as it looks very strong. Do you prefer check-raising all in or check-calling and let him put more money in OTT?
Final Pot
Hero
wins $37.72

if you had a more legitimate hand like TT-QQ and some AKs AQs with a backdoor flush draw you would continue by calling. Check-call and let him bluff or value bet worse.
Yes c/r wont do you too good here.
You either want him to barrel off and c/c down hope he does.
Or start barreling hope he pays you.
When you c/r you look pretty strong. ppl dont usually c/r AQ,AK so he prob assumes you got a overpair or stronger imo. And allot of the time he wont have a hand to do anything about it anyway.
U have very small sample on this guy, i would never consider stats like 4bet over 60 hands. And u better dont do such stuff as calling SC OOP at all, i think its -EV. U just cant play it profitably OOP.
He certainly can't fold to such a small 4bet with a hand as playable as 89c. He's getting over 4:1.
OP, you likely shouldn't be raising this flop at all from a theory perspective. Your range is primarily composed of bluff catchers
Thanks for your feedback guys!
Post flop I would check/call the whole way down. Raising the flop just folds out his bluffs and only gets value from hands that he would value bet anyway. Plus its pretty easy to get the money in given its was 4bet pre.
I agree with everyone for check call flop and the reasons stated.
But also remember that when you check-call flop, you allow his cbetting hands like AK, or KTo/QTo to see a turn and possible pick up a pair, which could possibly net you even more value with this hand.
