Its by far not a usual 3bet for me, but this guy 63 fold BU vs resteal, so its OK for me to 3bet most of suited and offsuited connectors in this positions.

My first instinct is to jam here, because my hand is strong enough, but I just need a confirmation that this move is better than call and then check/call, especially against a guy with these particular raising stats.
