River heart is not the card i wanted to see and his line looks really strange. What do you think he can have here, and what is our action on river?
Opponent is 40/30 45hands, (loose stats because he joined my table and we played HU a bit)

There really is no hand in his range that I could think of (besides J7 maybe) that would play this way and that you could get value from. Furthermore I don´t think that there´s any hand in his range he should be bluffing the river with (wouldn´t he bet the flop with spade draw instead of raising the river)?

If he intended to raise the turn to get a cheap showdown with say A7 or J5 I´d expected him to raise a bit smaller. But in any case he probably will just check behind on the river, so once you check and he bets, I think you can safely fold.
