NL50 BTN v BB line check

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (5 Players) BB: $53.24

Villain most likely reg 24/18 3b of 3.7 (364 hands). From BB resteal of 3% and calling steal 29% over a 34 hand sample. Fold to cbet of 46/0/0 turn and river tiny samples.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with K 5
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.25, SB folds, BB calls $0.75
Flop ($2.75) 7 5 5
BB checks, Hero bets $1.31, BB calls $1.31
Turn ($5.37) 7 5 5 K
BB checks, Hero bets $3.50, BB calls $3.50
River ($12.37) 7 5 5 K 8
BB checks, Hero bets $6.00, BB raises to $19.48, Hero calls $13.48
This is the main street that I am looking for thoughts on. My reasoning behind the riiver sizing was to induce more of his bluffcatching range to calll i.e. 1 pair hands with spades I also felt that I could induce a raise from random bluffs as well as A high flushes for value.
Pretty sure 3betting will fold out majority of the value hands I beat with exception of 85 or 75 (3 combos each) and get called by 77 and 88 (6 combos total) as well as unlikely chance he has 64ss or 69ss. Is it reasonable for people to stack off lighter here?
