NL50 - Bluffcatch river blind vs blind?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (5 Players) BB: $50.00
UTG: $37.80
CO: $60.28
BN: $50.00
SB: $53.51 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is SB with K 9
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BB calls $1.00
Villain runs 27/23/5 AF 3.0 over 261 hands so far. No reads but seems solid. Haven't played any significant pots with him before.
Flop ($3.00) T 5 K
Hero bets $1.90, BB raises to $6.33, Hero calls $4.43
He hasn't raised any Cbet so far (0/3).
I guess his range looks like this: 55, KT and K5s as made hands. Probably lots of lower FDs and SDs (QJ, Q9, J9), possibly also some Asxs BD NFDs. I guess he just flats AJ and most of the NFDs.
Turn ($15.66) T 5 K Q
Hero checks, BB bets $11.22, Hero calls $11.22
When he barrels turn again, I think I can remove Q9 and QJ from his range as well as all the Qhxh.

After looking at this in Equilab, this should actually be a clear fold if he never barrels again with Asxs and a call if he barrels all of them again.

I decide to call here, also because he bets pretty quickly and I thought he might pause a bit longer with his 2pair combos as the Q is not the best card for him.

River: 3s

I ceck and villain shoves.

Do you think I can bluffcatch here?

I'd like to get some comments first before presenting results and my thought process.
