NL50 barreling small on dry board in 3bp

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: BGawli: $61.40
SB: BaLOLtelli: $50.25
BB: Anom1c: $157.00 (Hero)
UTG: anonymous-1: $76.30
MP: Kaan57: $47.40
CO: teteCe: $97.73
Preflop ($0.75) Anom1c is BB with K A
anonymous-1 folds, Kaan57 calls $0.50, 2 folds, BaLOLtelli raises to $2.50, Anom1c raises to $6.50, Kaan57 calls $6.00, BaLOLtelli calls $4.00
MP is a rec player, SB is a regular
Flop ($19.50) 9 4 9
BaLOLtelli checks, Anom1c bets $6.50, Kaan57 calls $6.50, BaLOLtelli folds
I think betting 1/3 is better than 1/2 because I have a range advantage and the board is very dry.
Turn ($32.50) 9 4 9 9
Anom1c bets $10.50, Kaan57 calls $10.50
River ($53.50) 9 4 9 9 8
Anom1c checks, Kaan57 checks
I don't think bluffing river is good vs a fun player because he is unlikely to fold a small full house and I beat his missed flush draws.
Final Pot Anom1c lost and shows three of a kind, Nines.
Kaan57 wins and shows a full house, Nines full of Jacks.
Kaan57 wins $50.83
Rake is $2.67

Opinions please?

cbet can be fine, but the turn vs this player should be either a jam, or a xf. Strong emphasis on a xf imo.
His range is pp heavy and this sizing acts as a vbet, which I just think is too thin, esp since we often get to realize our equity anyway
jamming works, since you might get smth to fold, but its still kind of risky, especially on this particular turn

Flop I would lead at leat half pot, turn is easy give up for me, blank = fish folding nothing, especially none FH are folding to your bet.
