I see why you shoved, SB is percieved to 3bet his strong hands all the time.
So when he 4bets it looks like 88-JJ,AQ all the time. So idk i usually like to have some read tho, he might turn out to be a massive nit in that case i like a fold, he might turn out to be a maniac in that case i like to getitin.

I think this is more of a equity situation then anything else. What equity has AQ vs what probably calls your all in. If his lowest calling range consist off AJ 99-TT and the rest are JJ+ and AQ+ you equity is at best a coinflip. You have invested 4.5 bbs into the pot and risk 45 to win about 15. Against a range off 99+ AJ+ u have about 42%. Also you have to keep in mind that 99 and TT are doing quite well against you. The rest Crushes your hand so in the long run this move is negative against unknown opponents. Sure he might fold but how often do people really fold after they make a 4-bet and that does not looks like it wants any folds. I guess if he 4-bet to about 11-12,5 mb it could be something like that but otherwhise I think they fold to a push here in best about 10% off time.

For the sake off disscussion I will make his stackoff range(I think its more standard to stackoff with this holdings pre then 99+ and Aj+) JJ+ and AQ+ where you have 33% equity and thats just throwing away money in my opinion.

If you anyway decide to play for stacks  with your hand mb its better to make a 5-bet to about 21-22? Then you can use that move to balance your range with AT+ 99+ and total air which might get competent opponenets to fold AJ low pairs and random bluffs?

First read is that you are playing at a full ring table. The average villain you can assume to be more passive and less creative than the same stakes in the 6max player pool. I personally would consider it a major spew if I got in AQo for 100bb when I didn't have a solid read that villain was extremely aggressive in his preflop game. This line is likely to mean extreme strength from a villain at micro NLFR so just fold and be happy that you are making a good exploitative play the majority of the time.
