NL50, AQ in MP vs 3b

HJ: 49.75 (Hero)
CO: 61.26
BN: 49.26
SB: 55.57
BB: 94.93
Ran pretty well, so I opened a couple of hands in a row. Given that I was active at the table, I figured that someone would try to run me over.

Villain was rather new at the table so I had no previous info on how he plays. He saw me (if he was paying attention float an Q-h flop, folded turn)
Preflop (0.75) (5 Players)
Hero raises to 1.50, CO folds, BN raises to 4.50, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls 3
Eventough he 3b vs my MP, thought it was enough of a hand to call for value, keeping his range wider.
Flop (9.75) 3 4 A (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets 4.90, Hero calls 4.90
Standard call I guess.
Turn (19.55) 3 4 A 7 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets 10.50, Hero calls 10.50
Here it get's trickier.
AQ+,56s,sets, probably bet for value, also A3, A4
semibluff with high spade
total bluff with airy hands with spade?
River (40.55) 3 4 A 7 9 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets 29.36, and is all in
On the river, do you bluff-catch here? From the regulars that i have seen at these stakes, I concluded that he rarely has AK here, so the value range would be: flushes, sets, 2p.
Not sure about bluffs, or he ever bluffs in this spot but what would be the weakest hand that you would call with?
