BB is 26/21/10, 3bet BvCO - 9, WWSF 46, wtsd 30, w$sd 52. CBet in 3b pot flop 56, turn 45. xraise Turn 3bpot 15.
I guess our perceived value range quite strong, we have bunch of flushes, AJ, AQ and some jacks. Therefore, he can't have a lot of bluffs/weakhands. But I still doubt. What do you think about calling turn?

I think it's villain dependant. Turn raises are really strong in general from rec players and regs so vs some people I would just insta-muck but you have to look at your HUD and see if hes actually raising anything but the nuts here.
Think the fact that he x/r turn as pfr looks even stronger and the only real bluffs he can have are hands with the Kh which probably have a pair or something else to go with it considering he 3bet pre.
Turn bet I think is close as I think most villains would just barrel with their bluffs so think I prefer betting smaller to try and get value from ax. I could easily be convinced that checking back turn is decent here as well.
