so preflop i felt like stacking off was good given he should fold a lot, but taking a flop IP and trying to keep the fish in might be a viable option, what do you guys think ?
on the flop and turn i am lost, help :))

I think just calling pre is fine, and I think stacking off is fine.
flop, I would just check back and fold the turn when he bets. I dont think hes calling enough worse hands OOP to your 4 bet, and we still have to play the river which is just gunna be a guessing game.
I think is fine not to cbet flop, you block an ace, so i put on his range more pocket's or sc flopping flush draw.
As played on flop, i'd just fold turn bet.
I would suggest a smaller 4bet. With your siznig you fold out most of villains worse holdings. You really want BB to call dominated hands like AQ or AJ. I think $11 is enough.
