NL50 AA in 4bp vs a good reg

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $43.26
SB: $50.25
BB: $55.40 (Hero)
UTG: $60.33
MP: $56.98
CO: $59.43
Villain is supposed to be a good reg, whom I've seen in videos from higher stakes (NL100).
He usually doesnt play nl50 and I've played only 30 hands with him.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with A A
UTG raises to $1.50, 3 folds, SB calls $1.25, Hero raises to $6.00, UTG raises to $10.50, SB folds, Hero calls $4.50
I decided to just flat based on some population pool assumptions about his sizing.
This might be a mistake, not sure tbh, but I thought that he is always folding to a jam.
Flop ($22.50) Q 6 9
Hero checks, UTG checks
Turn ($22.50) Q 6 9 4
Hero checks, UTG bets $15.50, Hero calls $15.50
River ($53.50) Q 6 9 4 Q
Hero checks, UTG bets $34.33 and is all in, Hero calls $29.40 and is all in

now, when I think about my range...Im not sure which one pair hands can he try to fold out/get value from?
I also can have some Qx and this is a terrible bluffing card.

So, is this a xF?

thanks guys:)
