SB is a weak reg.
BU is a 19/15, OR from BU 45%, fold to sqz 67%, call vs 3bet 26% (I've seen him call IP with suited connectors, gappers and some pocket pairs). AF 2.2, WWSF 45, WTSD 30, river bet 25%, fold to cbet in 3bet pots flop 35%, turn 55%. Bet vs missed cbet IP turn 35%, river 39%.

I definitely missplayed this preflop. SB folds a TON to 3bets but BU is a decent reg; I think the best play here was to call and play a mw pot postflop. This was a FR table but we were 4-handed so I thought I could play it more aggressively at that moment.

I believe my cbet should have been a bit bigger in this flop texture. I went for a value bet because he's not folding overcards, flush draws and all that stuff, but at the same time once I bet here I don't have a plan for the turn.

Honestly I had no idea what to do here. I don't think he has any 5x in his range while I could have 56s or A5s; however I don't think I have any fold equity with two flush draws on the board. Once I check my range is 100% capped and he now has a profitable bluff on many river cards.

I think the big mistake here was preflop, but I'd still like to hear your opinions on how to play postflop. TY!

I don't hate the squeeze, he opens 45% on BTN and F3 is 74%, so I wouldn't feel that bad about it. Flatting the steal next to the fish with the nit on top with 98s does sound very attractive.
As played, betting flop seems standard. Checking turn seems good because his range seems pretty over pair heavy like TT/JJ at this point and I just never see this type of nit folding on turn. I guess him checking/back turn makes somewhat of a sense fearing a CR may be? I'm confused on river King when he bets big, AKss/KQss/KK/AA/flush? I would expect him to bet like $10 to $15 with TT/JJ/QQ. Or may be he floated once with AKo/KQo. I would fold on river but a bluff is not out of the question here to be honest because he is tight but pretty aggressive postflop especially in position so it seems.
Hi, thank you so much for your answer. I was confused with his river bet, because if he has something like AK/AK and he makes it that big, what worse hands does he expect me call with? When I checked the turn I think my hand is too faced up and he might I have thought it was a good spot to bluff. We play quite a lot and I fold too much on the river, so I was afraid he was trying to exploit me.
