Pretty straightforward hand but I want get peoples thoughts on alternate options on the turn. Namely checking back or possibly betting 1/3 pot again.

It's a really safe board so not much to be afraid of likely have him drawing to 2 outs at most 5 with AJ. Do people think checking back the turn will make us more EV in the LR?

Big bet on the turn is my least favourite line just because I don't see any rush to get the money in. I would go for a small bet or check usually.

Thinking about this a little more I'm leaning towards a check as it gives him the opportunity to bluff off/value own himself on the river.
With STP of 1 we can still comfortably get it in on the river if he gos check check as well.

Yeah the turn bet is absurdly large. I like the bet-bet line here, just don't need to use such large sizing; half pot - half pot would be fine.

I feel like half pot half pot is almost the same as getting it in on the turn if he calls he'd only have 20 bbs left behind with the pot at 160bbs.
Making it near impossible for us to have any bluffs on the river if we bet again?
