I think villain should give up, most his bluffs on river. Board is dry

Do you call river? I have no idea what villain has, his xR range with AA,KK would be pretty weird line.

I don't remember seeing anyone with a skipcb/call 46 combined with a xr of 34. Seemingly you have a lot of hands on him.. Do you know anything about how he constructs his xr range?
With these frequencies and his size he can have thin ch/raises for sure. His valuerange will be Qx+ OTR, question is whether he barrells off with bluffs enough of the times with this awkward SPR. It's not hard given he doesn't need to bluff a lot of combos, but I don't know..
I think I would fold the river too and start considering a call with KT+.. you block more of his value with those. Also, you're kinda at the bottom of your range.
I have 60k+ hands on him. After checking database, saw only 1 hand vsREG (SRP, xR flop, xx turn, bet river 90% with KQo on 432ss,2s,Q MPvHJ 100bb eff)
If he 3bets 14% on SBvsBN he could have some 33-77 combos and KK+ + 89s or 65s with a BDFD.
I agree xRaising KK+ is a weird or at least not a good play, but we can't completely discard those combos.
