NL50 3bet pot BB v MP

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) CO: $56.46
BN: $56.34
SB: $51.50
BB: $50.00 (Hero)
UTG: $35.60
MP: $113.35
Villain seems to be a tightish reg, Didn't have a lot of hands on him at the time but now I have 263 hand 18/15 fold to 3b of 38 (not ideal for squeezing) and 4bet of 2.5.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with A J
UTG folds, MP raises to $1.50, CO calls $1.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $5.50, MP calls $4.00, CO folds
Flop ($12.75) 4 3 6
Hero bets $4.00, MP calls $4.00
Planning to barrel any scare turn cards, any clubs or if I hit TP given that he is likely 4betting QQ+ I block JJ if a J comes I think his range can be heavily weighted towards mid pair type hands. After he calls I think his range here is likely something like 55-JJ, AK.
Turn ($20.75) 4 3 6 2
Hero checks, MP checks
I know I said that I wanted to barrel clubs but this is a really bad card for the value hands I am repping so I figured a second barrel here would look very bluffy. My question is should I still be barreling here with my value hands as well as my bluffs? Seems like I leave myself open to be bluff raised a lot and tough for me to call a raise with any of my range?
River ($20.75) 4 3 6 2 2
Hero checks, MP checks
Given the action is it worthwhile bluffing the river, I think after this runout its reasonable to give up as I think I'm likely getting called by everything better? possibly foldng AQ or AK if they floated flop?
Final Pot BB lost and shows a pair of Deuces.
MP wins and shows two pair, Nines and Deuces.
MP wins $19.82
Rake is $0.93

The turn favours our range more as we can have A5s, 56s type of hand, but villain can't. Also villain shouldn't have any of the set combos, so I think we wan't to be betting our overpairs OTT and get value from the 77-JJ part of villains range. AJc has a great equity vs villain's range and is thus an ideal hand for barreling. I'd go for three streets here.

In vacuum, we want to have some bluffs OTR. I don't think we get to this river with that many bluffs (I haven't done the research), so it feels like AJc is a mandatory bluff.

I don't think this turn is particularly good for him.. It's rather a blank. Yes, he might have 55-66 sometimes , but I would expect him to fold those to sqz mostly, and he still has some floats and a lot of overpairs, so I would clearly have a double barrell range here and this hand would be in it. Also, I don't expect to get bluffraised ever.

After his check back OTT, his range is very capped to JJ-88, so I would have something like a river potbetting range with JJ+ which I happened to check on the turn, and some bluffs which I don't block A highs with probably.
River is fine as played.

I'm also bet the turn. Your hand has a great semi bluffing potential. As played I think it's an okay give up on the river.

Bet the turn. This card is not that good for his range, in fact you have many more 5x than him (depending on which hands you ahve in your 3-bet range from BB). As played you shoud give up OTR

I dislike preflop, as played I'm not convinced that turn changed that much. It just looks like it did, unless he defends 22,55, A5s,65s,54s-type of hands preflop.. And calling 22 vs flop cbet. If villain is a tightish reg he probably doesn't open / defend all of the hands (if any of the above). Given that you think turn is semi-scarry in some way I would barell because he probably thinks around the same level as you do.. You still got a bunch of clean outs for a flush and pairs outs that are going to be good a lot vs mid/high pps.

Ok thanks guys. I took a lot of my polarized 3bets out of my blind 3betting range a while back might add some back in but currently I don't have A5s or 55 in there might add bacvk in some the suited wheels

I think a squeeze is fine as the reg has to play very honest with a fish behind. Usually the action goes reg folds and fish calls and you have a good hand thats ahead of all the junk the fish is playing. Calling is fine as well and if theres fish in the blinds I think that's the way to go.
