OTR I only need to be good ~17% here but I don't think he really ever uses this sizing as a bluff or for value with worse. At the very least I can call and get some cheap information about his 3-bet flatting range and bet sizing tells. Also it might prevent him from trying this with a cheap bluff in the future. So I should probably call even though I'd expect to lose a lot here...
