NL50 200BB deep with AA vs. double CR
villain is pretty tight 17/15 with a female name/avatar. i almost never see this line. any idea?

ususally these type of players dont do too crazy moves as a bluff....if you already have some hands on each other and you perceive a reggish style this becomes an ez fold OTT...
Im also not really sure about the turn bet...The 7 would be a pretty decent bluffcard for him to barrel an FD...That said i dont think we have to protect a lot...maybe avoiding a suck out by some random 8/9...
But most ppl tend to XR superpolarized and the 7 hits his XR-bluffrange kind of....
So i dont expect a lot of calls from weaker hands OTT (cauze i dont expect villain to XR any T or 88/99 at all)
begin with the flop and decide whether you think villain has a bluff range or semi-bluff range.
i want to tihnk about this hand a bit more
For a villain as tight as this I think there are very few 6's in their SB defending range. Maybe A6s or 76s and that's it. It's possible that they are turning a small pp into a bluff, but 17/15 again is probably not defending 22-55 to a CO open. 66-TT are all likely hands. I think 66/77/TT might all play the hand like this, and the only reasonable hands that villain can bluff with are A7hh-A9hh, which are still only MAYBE bluffs. I don't have the Ah and villain is tight so maybe only A7hh for 1 combo.
OTT I probably should have checked behind like Raoul suggested. I am either way ahead or crushed I think.
Whenever I see tight players taking wierd/fancy lines they are mostly heavily for value in my experience. Anyone else feel the same way?
cuz he flat the sb with bb relatively shortstack behind, i dont think he would flat thinly.not too many 6x(even 66) maybe 98s, 77, TT Good suited boardway or some weird preflop slowplay(bb isn't a sqz monkey, right?)
his double xR range reps nothing and he only miniXR OTT, in my opinion i would definitly call turn and re-evaluate river. reaon one is because AA in on the top of your defending range and reason two is u do not have ace heart blocker
I think you played this hand well.
I think we have to give villain 22-55 in there preflop range... as well as TT-QQ and maybe even KK since we are 200bb deep a lot of players will flat as strong as KK here.
Given this, I think we have to bet turn when checked to as we can potentially get 3streets of value from JJ-KK/ATs,KTs.. thats 22combos so call it 10combos total since they don't play these hands this way everytime.
Now say villains value range that beats us is A6s and pocket pair boats/quads = 8 combos ( i would discount A6s as I think it continues betting turn on such a wet board)
So... we can valuebet 3streets vs ten combos(not to mention random 99 hero call downs, KQhh that rivers a pair etc) and only lose vs 7combos (some of which raise the turn and only cost us one street since we can fold) making the turn bet good imo. Ofcourse I am assuming we never get bluffed by a flushdraw here, but I think that is reasonable assumption vs a 17/15 on a paired board 200bb deep.
Once x/r'd again on the turn I think we can safely fold once we eliminate JJ-KK and FD's since they are likely to bet turn or x/c before x/r'n.
