I know at micro's cold 4 betting is going to be a generally very strong range and there are times when I would be hating my KK but given the positions here I think you will see QQ/AK and the odd random bluff often enough to just get it in preflop. You will definitely see AA quite often but I think you will see other hands enough for it to be profitable.
As played I am just closing my eyes and calling with KK. If you flat calling pre I think it has to be a play that you make only a small percentage of the time to induce or let villain follow through with his bluffs and therefore you kind of have to call down on most boards. Sucks if he turns over AXdd.
Also - some specific reads on villain might lead to a tight fold somewhere in the hand.
