NL5 - Top Set OTR

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) SB: $9.01
BB: $5.07
UTG: $3.17
MP: $6.33 (Hero)
CO: $5.00
BN: $6.58
(V:22, PFR:16 AF:1,4, 3bet: 0% H:215)
I have a good history this villian. He is tight and on 215 hands don´t had 3bet. So I put he in top range, right? He is a good player.
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is MP with K K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.15, CO folds, BN raises to $0.52, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.37
Villian's range: JJ+, AJs+, AQs+.
Flop ($1.11) T Q 9
Hero checks, BN checks
When he check this flop, I put JJ, QQ, AK, AJ. I discard AQ, KK, AA, because this hands cbet.
Turn ($1.11) T Q 9 4
Hero bets $0.53, BN calls $0.53
I bet OTT, but if he raise I belive that I'm losing. Whit he don't raise I discard QQ.
River ($2.17) T Q 9 4 K
Hero checks, BN bets $1.40, Hero folds
This river may look good, but I think worse, because complete the str8; AJ and JJ. I belive that, he is a good player, don´t size bet OTR wiht AK this board, so I have a losing hand.
