V is unknown. OTF I think calling is fine. OTT when he checks, I think he has some weak ace that he decided to c/c or has some Kx, Qx or weaker pocket pairs. But when he raises, it's really hard to tell for me what he could have. Maybe he hit a set with 55? He might do that too with a flush draw IMO. What other hands could he have? His play confused me and it's really hard for me to tell what he has, so I just decided to go all-in and take a note on him.

I'd raise flop or call turn, not raising turn as played.

Because he makes the decision on how to play the entire hand OTF. OTT you rarely rep bluffs by raising and villain can fold anything besides two pair or better.

He wont bluff this much with air (and it doesnt matter if he underbluffs rivers) once the c-bet gets called but he will continue firing valuebets with worse.
