NL5 Rangebet spot but holding BLOCKS Villain's calling range

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $4.11
SB: $7.75 (Hero)
BB: $5.12
UTG: $5.62
MP: $12.43
CO: $8.34
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is SB with A A
UTG raises to $0.12, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.48, BB folds, UTG calls $0.36
Flop ($1.01) 6 A Q
Hero bets $0.34, UTG calls $0.34
Turn ($1.69) 6 A Q 4
Hero bets $0.74, UTG folds

On this HHM rainbow flop, the SB 3-bettor has a range c-bet here vs. the UTG cold caller. After rangebetting the flop, I turn to polarized betting on the turn and, in general, AA could bet straight for value.

Villain's fold made me wondering: Does my holding actually want to check the flop since we're just blocking Villain's calling range so hard, although in theory, we can rangebet his board? How do you approach these spots with the very top of your range? Not sure if my bet/bet line was max value here....
