NL5 QQ OTB facing donk bet

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BB: $5.34
UTG: $3.95
MP: $5.48
CO: $5.00
BN: $5.29 (Hero)
SB: $3.80
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with Q Q
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, SB calls $0.10, BB calls $0.07
Flop ($0.36) A K 6
SB checks, BB bets $0.23, Hero calls $0.23, SB folds
What do we do when we have 3rd pair? I suspect villain has Ax or at least Kx. Should we raise here and try to make him fold a possible weak A or K?
Turn ($0.82) A K 6 J
BB bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40
If we assume villain donks flop and cbets turn with Ax/Kx we have 20% and pott odds are 25%. Do we fold or call because implied odds? then again he could have improved to a straight although we block QQ.
River ($1.62) A K 6 J 8
BB checks, Hero checks
I don't have enough reads to be able to assume weather villain would fold to a bluff assuming he has A/K. Besides I have some SDV in case they missed a draw. So I believe chekinh is fine?

Think folding flop is the best, continue Kx+.
Raising seems ambitious but could be alright, high variance though. If you raised can bet this turn and x/behind river, if river is diamond or Q/T can bluff or valuebet
