Villain is playing 13/9 with 1% 3-bet over 250 hands.

I am facing a very tight range pre that basically consists of AA-QQ, AK when he 3-bets my UTG open. After the flop checkback, I feel like this range is heavily weighted towards his 3 combos of QQ and 9 combos of AK that are left when the Kh hits. I am specifically targeting his AK here. Do I go for the 1.5 potsize overbet shove? Or standard 2/3 pot bet? Am I missing out value here when not shoving?
