NL5 middle flush river decison

Hello,
I really have an issue with estimate relative hand strength.
This time I hit a flush on the river after a very aggressive play by opponent.
I asked myself a question how often will they check full house? And I think that the answer is never and I went for it.
Do you think this is an overplay?

PokerStars - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

SB: 100.2 BB
Hero (BB): 119.2 BB
UTG: 100 BB
MP: 170.2 BB
CO: 55 BB
BTN: 214.8 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 9c Tc
UTG raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, SB calls 2.6 BB, Hero calls 2 BB

Flop : (9 BB, 3 players) Qc 3s 4c
SB bets 7 BB, Hero calls 7 BB, fold

Turn : (23 BB, 2 players) Th
SB bets 28 BB, Hero calls 28 BB

River : (79 BB, 2 players) 3c
SB checks, Hero bets 81.2 BB and is all-in,

I think it is fine TBH.

I think solver would always rip this due to them having some AQ/KQ/QT which is going to offset the times you get hit with the cooler. Checking back is certainly high EV but I think the combination of bad calls + the folds will far outweigh the times they are nutted, thus the EV of jam will be higher than the check back.
