Hello, I have a doubt with this hand. Normally, in this situation I end up stamping against sets, 2Pair and straigth. I am doubting that this type of play is profitable. Is this hand well played or is it a long-term negative play?

I don't think he's going to call your flop push with anything you beat.
Just calling his flop raise keeps all his draws and bluffs in. Then you can push most turns. I Think I'll be happy to push any no 8, no A turn.
I would probably either check the flop (range disadvantage here?) or pick a smaller flop sizing. Betting 3/4 on this flop with this SPR pretty much lets your opponent know that you won't be folding.
If I play check on the flop, would I play XC 3 streets if I draw cards that do not complete draw or A? and if he makes an OvB on the turn as he would have to solve it?
If I play 1/3 before a raise I call and on the turn a 2 comes out, for example I would play XC or Bet again?
If you check call the flop, I'd likely check raise all in on the turn. If you bet call the flop using a small sizing then you'd want to check and decide on the turn. I wouldn't lead the turn if you bet called the flop, it's just really hard to balance and you're likely running into a polarized range so we don't really want to bet our hand.
Against fish c-betting big is ok, but 27/21 doesn't look like your standard NL5 fish. Therefore you have to know, this is one of the worst boards for your 3-betting range and you should either bet smaller(1/3 pot size) or check back like mentioned before. A somewhat competent opponent won't be paying you off with JTo on this board like a fish would.
In case you do c-bet this board and get check/raised you want to call or fold(I would call smaller check/raises and fold directly to bigger ones). If you shove you just make opponent fold all his bluffs and semi bluffs while calling you with a range that has you crushed. Btw, if you are against a fish, you also don't want to shove flop, but call instead and reevaluate turn in position.

I misread the action. In my original comment I thought we had position.
But that doesn't change much the plan. On blanks I would check/call 2 streets, depending on sizings of his bets. If he bets flop and overbet shoves turn we can fold.
Most players will bet once with air and give up and they might bet twice with smaller size with hands like AT, JJ, QQ, but they usually won't be overly aggressive and go for stacks easily with bluffs.
If you however decide to bet 1/3 pot and get a small raise on the flop, you can call flop and give up turn, meaning check/fold turn. If turn goes check/check, you can make a small 20-25% potsize river block bet or just check/fold on river.
Hope that helps.
Actually put ~this scenario in a solver. Rangecheck and c/c blanks was fine. If you bet 1/3 pot i think i'd c/c turn (fold weaker part of range?), depending on sizing. Donking seems hard to balance and want to keep bluffs and weak semibluffs in his range.
I range check these spots in 6max and villain usually needs to have like 15% bet vs check to exploit it or something way more passive than I have ever seen in practice.
high frequency check on flop with this combo, once raised it's tough to say what to do against 5nl people
