He is short and has little left behind so I dont think I would ch/fold here and I doubt he bluff off TT or Ac so I decide to bet myself and maybe he statoins TT,99,QQ maybe. I expect to lose to AdJd,AcJx, but i think his sets and flushes raise at a earlier point.

I would 3bet bigger to 4x, bet bigger on the flop & jam turn.
As played, this river is interesting. I do think that you have atleast 50% equity against his calling range so I think jamming is best. He'll probably call with QQ-99, some 8x, some pairs with missed clubs + you block some of his flushes. And x/c and x/f are out of the question with this stacksize imo.
Yeah I agree, two streets seems better. Fine as played!
