NL5- KK OTR 3bet pot, too thin

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (5 Players) CO: $2.22
BN: $3.53
SB: $9.57
BB: $5.00 (Hero)

This is a hand from a skype chat I was interested in.

Villain was 9/9 after 12 hands

Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BB with K K

2 folds, BN raises to $0.10, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.32, BN calls $0.22

Flop ($0.66) 8 3 2

Hero bets $0.45, BN calls $0.45

Turn ($1.56) 8 3 2 J

Hero bets $1.00, BN calls $1.00

PLan was to b/f. Still like a cbet here, get valiue from 99+, floated Jx, AcAx floats.

River ($3.56) 8 3 2 J J

Hero bets $3.23 and is all in, BN calls $1.76 and is all in

He is short and has little left behind so I dont think I would ch/fold here and I doubt he bluff off TT or Ac so I decide to bet myself and maybe he statoins TT,99,QQ maybe. I expect to lose to AdJd,AcJx, but i think his sets and flushes raise at a earlier point.

I would 3bet bigger to 4x, bet bigger on the flop & jam turn.
As played, this river is interesting. I do think that you have atleast 50% equity against his calling range so I think jamming is best. He'll probably call with QQ-99, some 8x, some pairs with missed clubs + you block some of his flushes. And x/c and x/f are out of the question with this stacksize imo.
