For villain we have just 50 hands and his vpip/pfr is 30/0. He has open limped a few times also. We see that his a fish.

That's an easy call. He can have here AT.

Here his 2pairs of AT and QT become full houses. He also has 16 combos of KJ. He may have AQ also but I assume that most often he raises that on flop. He may call it on flop 25% of the time and raise 75%. That's an assumption anyway. The times that he has AQ here aren't many. It will be a small part of his range. And if he slowplays AQ on flop, then those few times he does this also with A5 and Q5s. Those though are not betting most likely river due to the bad river card. Anyway, I think river is a fold. I felt it might be wrong to do but I did it. What are your thoughts? I did the math and the only way that's a call is if he's overplaying sth like AJ on turn by raising it and then deciding it bet it at river. And also do the same with A5.
Our equity on river when he raises vs this range: AQ, AT, QT, KJ, TT, 55 is 6%. If we include A5 then equity goes to 21%. Still not enough. If we include AJ then we have 34%. He needs to overplay these kind of hands to justify calling.
