Hands: 966. vpip/pfr: 31/22, his steal% is 42%. His AF only 1.3. His 3bet 10.3%. WTSD is 35%(77/223 occurences). His cold call% is 20%. He once called AA in BB vs SB open

Here he raises for value ATs, JTs, T9s, and any other T he might have called pre like KTs if he did that. Also he raises 66, 77 and TT. Now for the fds, I think he is not raising those often here because his AF is only 1.3 and WTSD is only 35%. He probably calls his fds here almost always. Vs Trips+ range our equity is terrible and so we need to fold. My question is if he raises JJ here for value? I don't think he does because he looks nitty but I still want your opinion on this.
