NL5 dbl barrel QJ on KT73 vs bad aggro?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (4 Players) SB: $5.00
BB: $4.25
CO: $6.37
BN: $5.23 (Hero)
9th hand with villain at the table. So far he has played pretty much any of them doing a lot of betting/stabbing postflop. The hand before I 3bet his BTN open and he folded.
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with J Q
CO calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.26, 2 folds, CO calls $0.21
Flop ($0.63) T K 7
CO checks, Hero bets $0.47, CO calls $0.47
Turn ($1.57) T K 7 3
CO checks

From theory perspective this looks like a spot where I should be triple barreling quite often as we block villains main calling hands and they are going to call turn, fold river a lot with spades, Tx, maybe weak Kx, maybe 7x. However, is this still a good idea a) vs the generic NL5 unknown b) vs the guy above we have further history with and can start to suspect he's bad aggressive?
