NL5 Are they exploiting my river blockbets? Hand History Example

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $10.11
SB: $7.29
BB: $8.00 (Hero)
UTG: $7.23
MP: $4.41
CO: $10.82
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BB with 3 4
3 folds, BN raises to $0.11, SB calls $0.09, Hero calls $0.06
Flop ($0.33) K 7 2
SB checks, Hero checks, BN bets $0.11, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.34, BN calls $0.23
Turn ($1.01) K 7 2 J
Hero bets $0.62, BN calls $0.62
River ($2.25) K 7 2 J J
Hero bets $0.62, BN raises to $9.04 and is all in, Hero folds

I keep having the feeling that some competent Villains manage to exploit my river blockbets by turning large portions of their range into bluffs. I am currently very unsure how to deal with raised blockbets and currently I am overfolding. I can imagine that in general, I might want to call with those hands that unblock Villain's bluffs. However, on the type of runout where I want to blockbet in the first place, I often times have a hard time finding a lot of bluffs in Villain's range at all.

The hand example should be standard until the river. In retrospect, my flop raise could have been sized a bit larger. On the river, I feel like c/f is too weak and I don't want to c/c larger bets, hence blockbet to still extract value from AK/KQ/KT without a heart. How do I react to Villain's raise? Which types of hands to call here, which types of hands fold?

Any suggestions are welcome
