Villains c/r feels either bluffy or has a weaker K, but makes me feel he's being too agressive

Villains flop c/r is the main reason I call, as I feel he could have a weaker K or AQ, I dont think he has any 7, and we block KK, but I do fear he bluffed w QQ on the flop and got lucky. So I guess we have more reasons to call rather than fold here?
