V is 19/14, 3% 3bet after 144 hands. When we get c/r OTF I think he's doing it either with some bluffs (mostly overcards) or 99+. I don't think he would c/r with a set, because the board isn't scary, so there aren't many reasons to c/r OTF. OTT his bet is really big, so maybe he hit AQ or QQ. Or it could be that he decided to c/r OTF. Could he be bluffing here? Any thoughts?
