NL400 river decision 4b pot.

UTG: FALCAO 78: 102.44
HJ: ah_non_pa_ca1: 1075.41
CO: Check_Norris40: 435.87
BN: Kayle87: 653.14
SB: IcallUtilt: 400
BB: M.Flamby: 717.45
Vilain is a solid, good TAG. He has some trickyness in his game (have seen him X/C down KK on Q63r, 3way on the flop).
He knows I'm a reg, I believe he views me as kind of spewy (meaning he's seen me putting a lot of money lightly postflop).
Preflop (6) (6 Players)
IcallUtilt was dealt A A
FALCAO 78 folds, ah_non_pa_ca1 folds, Check_Norris40 folds, Kayle87 raises to 8, IcallUtilt raises to 26, M.Flamby raises to 64, Kayle87 folds, IcallUtilt calls 40
BTN is opening 75%. I have the image of an aggro 3bettor, at least sometimes. Yet I don't think my opponent is cold 4betting light ; he's not a happy 4bettor in the first place.
So his range to me looks as such: AKo, AKs, JJ+. I'm not sure how he'd play 99-TT and AQ. He probably 4b those some time as well.
He's good, so it's always possible he 4b KQo, A2s, 97s or anything, but I'm pretty sure it will be very rare. He just doesn't expect me to give up easily, and he's solid at heart.

Anyway, could just 5b preflop, decided to peel here. Def my standard is to try to get it in against his value range (it's not like he'll fold JJ), but it's kinda good to flat AA sometimes in order to be able to flat a bit wider profitably. Would u agree?
Flop (144) T 6 K (2 Players)
IcallUtilt checks, M.Flamby bets 60, IcallUtilt calls 60
Merits to XR? I think X/C is superior.
Turn (264) K (2 Players)
IcallUtilt checks, M.Flamby checks
River (264) 3 (2 Players)
271€ eff left.
How should we play here? Merits of checking? Merits of shoving? Merits of betting small and calling / folding?
