NL400 Beeing outplayed

I feel like he is the kind of player that could try to get me away of the hand in a board of low cards, beein me utg. How do u maximize your EV with this hand ? I dont like calling the turn because he could be bluffing better hands than mine.

I agree with BiroAK, I think giving villain the chance to see the turn and river if he so chooses isn't great as our hand is vulnerable on a lot of run outs but has plenty of equity on the flop.
I wouldn't be cbetting the flop though

I think this is a spot where you could just C/C flop and turn. That way you effectively get to see all cards with your hand at the same time making villain potentially turning a lot of his range into bluffs.

When you bet the flop you are basically setting yourself up for a tough decission if you get raised or a tough spot on the turn if he calls.

I like the c/c line, but i think it´s a decision too much opponent dependend, i don´t think i could play profitable a c/c c/c c/f against a very good reg, because they gonna valuebet too thin, and try to represent most all turns/rivers. I should balance this very well, playing sets in the same way.

as played i would still call turn,he would prob rep any 4 7 2 on the river vs your perceived 1pair hand range
i dont think villain can vbet thinly at all on the river here...we still have all overpairs and some slowplay sets in our range so his pure vbet range on the river will be 2pairs plus very frequently
i mean lets say the river is a 9...would he always shove 10J vs ur UTG bet/call c/c range??
would you?
As a reg he has to consider that sometimes on the turn we would fold 77 88 99 1010 ,if we are not willing to call a river shove,so when we c/c we should have better, unless he thinks we are really bad

im a bit of a station and its villain dependent but i would strongly consider calling the river here..
we are behind 66 33 55 and i think his vbetting range is not that wide on the river here
i could be wrong and the majority of you guys ship happily Jx on any river in villain shoes here thinking u gonna get called by a reg with 88 99 for 100bb a lot on a that board

BUT IF WE THINK THIS GUY WOULD REISE OUR CBET WITH ALL SORT OF MARGINAL PAIRS(BETTER THEN US)TO TURN THEM IN TO BLUFFS RIGHT AWAY,I WOULD PROB C/R THE FLOP
