Hi again all,
Just after a quick line check here, I figure he would only go all in with Trips or a weird low straight (which I dont think he has in his range).
Any comments most appreciated.
Thanks,
Pete

Hello,
First, it would be nice if we knew if the villain is recreational or reg and how often the villain calls a 3-bet. However, as it is a Zoom hand, which means no metagame nor particular dynamics, let us say that the villain does not call 3-bets with illegitimate hands.
As played flop, the villain’s range contains sets (QQ, 77-66) and TP withouth FD (AQ, KQ, QJs), maybe KK+ in case the villain has slowplayed PF. You have 56% equity with KK against such a range (and maybe even more if the villain is a recreational raising draws).
As played turn, the main question is whether the villain can shove with TP. I think so and, in this case, you still have enough equity (59%) to call, even with sets in front of you: you just need 28% equity to call the shove correctly. On the other hand, if the villain never shoves with TP, then your fold is good.
Some Flopzilla:

I have tended not to see folks at NL2z shove top pair, but this thought did cross my mind.
I have also seen people take this line with 77, which vaguely crossed my mind.
My decision was indeed predicated on villain never shoving TP, but maybe this is naive.
Edit: I will try to include Reg/Rec info next time (im slowly building up my DB)
Its 100% call. You get good odds. Players at low stakes will shove with TP and FD. As you checked the Turn you look weak so villain will bet all his hands TP FD. You will lose to sets sometimes but you will win more times than you think. If you fold every time to a half pot bet your folding way to much
Squeeze size is a fairly large mistake, I would make it 0,30 personally.
As played I don't see a way out, although it's not awesome againts tight regulars.
Update: Villain was 29vpip / 29pfr (35 hand sample)
OK. Even though the sample is still very poor, the first trend is that you are playing against a decent player (maybe TAG, maybe reasonably LAG, but not so nitty).
