I think after he checks the flop and turn he mostly has hands QQ and JJ, possibly hands like QT/JTo and Axs he was 3betting as a bluff, so I decided to go for an overbet to get him off mostly QQ/JJ/QT/JT and possibly some kind of a K6hh type hand he was giving up on the flop with.
