NL25z river sizing after checking back turn

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $25.00 (Hero)
SB: $56.83
BB: $32.35
UTG: $28.42
MP: $23.55

CO seems like a reg, 38/25 over 18 hands.

2 folds, CO raises to $0.62, Hero calls $0.62, 2 folds
Flop ($1.59) 5 T 7
CO checks, Hero bets $0.90, CO calls $0.90
Turn ($3.39) 5 T 7 Q
CO checks, Hero checks
River ($3.39) 5 T 7 Q 9
CO checks, Hero bets $3.00, CO folds
Final Pot BN wins $3.24
Rake is $0.15

Would appreciate some input on this hand, in particular how we play our range after betting the flop. Think this is a somewhat neutral board but one that the CO should be doing a fair amount of checking on. Would sometimes x back the flop here but would prefer to do it with AThh and KThh. Would also be betting some backdoor diamonds, 89s, sets, overcards with bdfd and some other top pairs.

On the turn, think checking is better with this hand and we dont need to turn it into a bluff yet. On the river, his range looks quite capped but guess he can have Qx with a heart that floated flop with, some Tx, 7x and he could also turn up with better flushes sometimes. We can be betting hands like 9Ts, JJ, Qx and also some bluffs like backdoor diamonds that gave up the turn and AJo with a heart. Vs his range, I'm not sure if my bet sizing is good, and maybe we should be sizing down or even have multiple sizings? Thanks
