SB: 16/14/5.5 h:400

Until river, I think its standard. OTR i was thinking about 1/3 or a little above half pot. The latter choice seemed to be better, I will usually bet most of my bluffs with size. I didn't put V on a strong range here, mostly on pairs+fds, overs with FD + GS, PPs. After his call OTT, i was pretty sure that he is not holding a set, and if he holds a flush, he will usually lead OTR (he leads river 4/5 times) and i can easily fold.
OTR there is enaough value in this hand against Qx, Ax, Kx with pair, TT+. If the river wasn't a 9, i would have checked back most of the time. Can we call this one? We are blocking 9x fulls, he would raise his sets OTR and never x/r ai with a flush on a paired board. My range is full of busted draws and I will bluff this river most of the time.
