river is not so bad, villian represent really thin with his flop/turn size ( I guess flush+ and AA).

I'd raise up that turn, ranges pretty polarized there.
On riv, in 25NL I just don't think many players are actually bluffing there enough to make calling correct. Have trouble really finding bluff combos, maybe QhQx but don't think he's using that sort of thing this way.
I dont like to raise turn, he is 3betting only a 3% range. Its pretty reasonable he has AA KK. On the river all his turn bluffs are hitting, indeed its hard to find bluffs in his range.
I think its important to consider his squeezing range from SB, and that this turn will widen up his barreling range. That being said, I don't know what to say about the small turn sizing.
Just to play devils lawyer, what sample size do you have? I think you need a few K hands to be sure on someones squeeze%. ( you can deduce from his 3bet% after 500-1K hands ofc)
as played: I'm raising OTT.. he isn't betting river for value with AQ but he might think you are betting your draws OTT and calls to fold river. he also calls all his flushdraws which dependent on how good he is, he'll have more . (otherwise it's just JJ+AQ+)
if you're afraid of AA/KK you are missing out on his AK combos, which he'll have more then sets. I can't fold this hand but I'm not getting paid by worse, so I want to price out his draws and raise flop or turn.
Sorry didn't saw his turn size, I think its unlikely he bets his sets for this sizing. So yea definitely raising turn.
