[NL25 Zoom Poker - 3-BET POT] J8s flopped flush with straight flush draw possibility - how to extract value?

BN: tiagost: $40.20
SB: Giveit2me101: $12.50
BB: tovn: $28.44
UTG: iW1nToLose: $29.44
HJ: quakemaniac: $26.77
CO: SenorK10: $24.28
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
tiagost was dealt J 8
iW1nToLose folds, quakemaniac folds, SenorK10 raises to $0.50, tiagost raises to $1.75, Giveit2me101 folds, tovn folds, SenorK10 calls $1.25
Flop ($3.85) T 9 A (2 Players)
SenorK10 bets $1.75, tiagost calls $1.75
Turn ($7.35) T 9 A Q (2 Players)
SenorK10 bets $3.50, tiagost raises to $10.50, SenorK10 folds
Final Pot
tiagost wins $13.70

Villain is 38/24 with only 22 hands.

Is the 3-BET value pre-flop good?

What would be a better line here to extract value?

I raised turn because the Q hits some of the villain range, aswell as he could have checked an ace on the flop and I thought I could get some value, and also didn't wanna just call again and see a 4th heart come, that would probably kill the action and/or kill my hand if he has Q or K hearts.

Opinions? Thanks
