He has $12.68 left after his bet. Do you put in a value raise here and if yes do you fold to a shove most likely getting super great odds?

Looks very much a preemptive bet and not a blocking bet by QJ or smth. I think that his range doesn't have a lot of bluffs, this board is kinda dry to x/c, x/c lead but I don't how often people turn QJ into a bluff or block bet KJ (no reason at all to bet his bluff catchers but...).I rather just shove myself against this bet. There is no hand that we are raising this river that will fold to his shove and probably he may fold QT for a shove and never for a mini raise or smth.
ok what hands call a shove from us??? i think any set, AJ and maybe KQ. So why shove? If u got a read villain is a fish u might think of shoving but against a regular ur never gut if he calls u. With this runout i prefer a call as long as u have no info on villain not even any stats.
Do you really think he would bet $2.75/$7 with the nuts/sets ? He has some QJ, KJ, AQ probably and trying to cheap sd it. You are exploiting his size OTR only.
I felt like with his line it's reasonably likely that he was a fish or at least a regfish so I decided to put in a small raise to $8.80 to get the tankcall from KJ, possibly K9 or AQ or some other random pair that he decided to block. I felt like he'd bet big made hands closer to pot and would prolly just flat such a bet. I also think it's super unlikely that the average NL25 player thinks about turning a made hand into a bluff and I also think made hands are rather fastplayed on earlier streets.
As played I got instantly reclicked and since I don't think he'd ever ever do this with a bluff or worse value hand I decided to fold and feeling very good about it even getting super good odds.
