NL25 Zoom: decent backdoor equity in squeezed pot OOP

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $26.36
SB: $62.79 (Hero)
BB: $27.51
UTG: $17.78
MP: $27.45
CO: $28.33
CO 40/20, 5 hands
BTN 22/11, 9 hands
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with K T
2 folds, CO raises to $0.75, BN calls $0.75, Hero raises to $3.30, BB folds, CO calls $2.55, BN calls $2.55
Flop ($10.15) 3 8 J
Hero

Seems like a flop where I should check a lot of my range given that I'm OOP and it hits their ranges way better than mine. However I have a hand with okayish equity and don't feel like I can continue if either one of the two bets and the other one folds. Does that mean I should be cbetting or c/f it? Also, how should I be playing my value range, namely QQ+, AJ, KJ, QJs, JTs, J9s, big FDs here?
