NL25 Zoom: bluff 4str8 into weak betsize by fish

Should I just fold the turn and not bother about it or is it a good spot to put in a quick raise reacting to his weak-looking betsize? If he calls my raise which rivers would you follow through. I'd be particularly interested in a club, brick or a 7 or 8
