NL25 - TPTK on a Wet Board, 4 Way

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) SB: $28.10
BB: $22.22
UTG: $67.99 (Hero)
MP: $19.00
CO: $25.00
BN: $25.00
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is UTG with A J
Hero raises to $0.75, MP calls $0.75, CO folds, BN calls $0.75, SB folds, BB calls $0.50
Flop ($3.10) J 7 8
BB checks, Hero bets $2.25, MP calls $2.25, BN folds, BB folds
Turn ($7.60) J 7 8 4
Hero bets $5.00, MP calls $5.00
River ($17.60) J 7 8 4 6
Hero checks, MP bets $11.00 and is all in, Hero folds
Final Pot MP wins $16.64
Rake is $0.96

MP is a rec (due to his stack size), I don't have many hands on him, but in 31 hands he has played 55/16.

On the flop I'm betting for value, MP could have anything, also BTN doesn't like to fold vs cbets (folded 3 out of 10 times so far), BB is a huge nit playing 13/9.
So my plan is bet and fold to any raise, especially from the nit.
On the turn, MP's range continue to be wide enough to valuebet against, so I bet.
River was, meh... dunno what do know, especially readless. Clearly if I shove any worse hands will fold, but if I check I'm getting bluffed a lot also..
One note to the hand, I could bet bigger like 3 on the flop and close to 7 on the turn
